If I’m being completely honest, I have always wanted to do a session in an orchard. And I’ve been on the hunt for one for at least a year. There’s a short window where the trees are blooming, and it’s hard to predict. Given the loooooong winter we had, the trees bloomed late this year, and I’ve never been happier they did. I happened to be driving past a local orchard the week before my scheduled mini sessions and wouldn’t you know, the trees were just starting to bloom. I tracked down the owner of the orchard and was able to get permission to spend the day there for my session. It was an absolutely gorgeous day with amazing families. I’m so excited to share some of my favorites from the day.
